Western NC’s road to recovery is well underway, but our region faces obstacles ahead. The economic impacts from Helene will be cascading with varying effects being felt by our communities and stakeholders. The impact can be measured in many ways, and data will help us to understand the breadth of our challenges ahead. Join the Land of Sky P20 Council, the Asheville Chamber, NC Commerce’s Labor and Economic Analysis Division, Lightcast, and GROW NC in a forum that is targeted for Western NC organizations from education, business, government, and more. The objective is to allow attendees to evaluate what the data is telling us now, what we can proactively do to prepare for future data analyses, and how our organizations can take action using data for the purpose of strategic planning, advocacy efforts, establishing funding needs, and more.
