The new delegation for 2023-2025 of the Land of Sky P20 Council met for its first quarterly meeting at the HCA Healthcare – NC Division headquarters in Asheville, NC, on July 14, 2023. New delegates this year include:

- Ivry Cheeks, Career and Technical Education Director for Asheville City Schools
- Samantha Cole, Workforce Partnership Manager for the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce
- Karen Eilers, Director of Career Development for Montreat College
- Lisa Fletcher, Superintendent for Transylvania County Schools
- Kevan Frazier, Executive Director for WCU-Biltmore Park
- Norris Gentry, High School Career Coach for Madison County Schools
- Jamie Justus, Vice President for the Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development
- Josh Kersey, Senior HR Manager for Biltmore Farms
- Emily Martin, Director of Industry Relations for the Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development
- Jorie Matijevich, Vice President of Human Resources for HCA Healthcare – NC Division
- Maylen Mendez, HR Site Leader for Pratt & Whitney Asheville
- Rachael Nygaard, Director of Strategic Partnerships for Buncombe County
- Tracy Parkinson, Executive Vice President and Provost for Mars Hill University
- Rich Price, Executive Director of Economic Development and Regional Partnerships for WCU
- Scott Rhodes, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources for Henderson County Public Schools
- Cindy Smale, Director of Human Resources for UNC Health Pardee
- David Stegall, Chief of Staff for Blue Ridge Community College
- Amy Strickland, Chief of Staff for UNC-Asheville
- Danielle Wittekind, President for the WNC Human Resources Association
Attendees worked in small groups to discuss branding questions that were developed in consultation with Phase 3 Marketing and Communications and worked on defining the reciprocal benefits for P20 membership on different sectors. Then they all got back together in one large group to discuss their responses.
